Shipping policy

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days, (not including holidays). 

Once orders leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for them as we do not have the control over what happens to your package after. If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but it is not there, it is the customers responsibility to file a "lost/stolen" file with USPS. 

We are not responsible to shipping payment for returns/exchanges. Or overseas shipping fees.
