Refund policy
We totally understand things happen & we want all our customers to love their items which is why we offer a 10 day return policy for store credit.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for store credit, in its original condition with established proof of purchase, within 10 days of receiving your package.
Items purchased on sale or with discount code are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Merchandise exempt from returns/exchanges:
- white items
- discounted items
- bodysuits
- gift cards
-merchandise also may not be worn, altered, or washed.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund and/or store credit if your return does not meet these requirements.
Refunds do not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Shipping is non-refundable.
To process a refund, please email bevidapalms@gmail.com with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and any pictures if applicable. From there we will send you our return address so that you can send back your item(s) to us.
We do our best to respond to all emails within 48 business hours.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please first return the item and then place a new order.
